In 1977 founders, Laura Lou and Frank Kunnen, purchased their first property on Sunnydale Boulevard in Clearwater, FL — which we still own and operate today! With Franks construction background, they were able to transform the property into a rentable warehouse/storage facility. This contingency sparked their dream to acquire more real estate, with the vision of revamping and expanding into the market of office/showroom warehouse combinations.

Since then, the company has been passed down to their 7 children and has grown from 3 acres to 45 acres of rentable units. Our goal remains the same, to provide functional, flexible, and quality units that adhere to the needs and desires of small to medium size businesses.
